Terms of Service
These terms explain your account, service access, payments, cancellation and legal rights when using Global Villager VPN, operated by Nexbridge Global Inc.

Operator and eligibility
Global Villager VPN is a digital network connection service operated by Nexbridge Global Inc., a Colorado corporation. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. For questions, email globalvillager@worldcitizenvpn.com.
Accounts and devices
Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. One account supports up to three registered devices within its active entitlement. Device removal, account recovery and account deletion use the supported client and website procedures; support may require verification before changing account access.
Free experience and service access
Free-experience update, October 22, 2026: the following new rule applies after it has been enabled for the account. It is for registered users who have never paid, subject to account and device eligibility checks. The daily two-hour offer is provided as one hour in each fixed 12-hour server cycle. Only actual connected use is counted; disconnecting pauses consumption, and unused time does not carry over. Switching accounts or reinstalling does not reset the same device’s limit. Paid entitlements are handled separately. Availability is confirmed by the server; after a successful connection, the client displays the confirmed allowance and next reset in the device’s local time. Available routes, features and installation channels are shown in the current client and download pages. Network speed and access can vary by location, device, local network and destination.
Prices and payment channels
Prices are shown in USD for the complete selected period before payment. Any applicable tax and the payment provider are identified at checkout. Website and Apple purchases use their respective billing channels and terms. Use the payment options actually offered at checkout.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
An auto-renewing subscription renews for the selected full period until future renewals are cancelled. For a website purchase, sign in to My subscription and use Cancel future renewal beside the paid order. For Apple purchases, cancel in your Apple account subscription settings. Each channel must be managed separately. Cancellation preserves access until the current paid expiry date and does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by support and require review of the order and issue. The Refund Policy explains the conditions, purchase channels and handling process. Cancelling renewal or changing your mind does not automatically approve a refund. Mandatory consumer rights and more protective purchase-channel rules remain available. Read the refund policy.
Lawful use and regional availability
Buy or use the service only where doing so is lawful and you hold any authorisation required in your location. You must comply with applicable law, export controls and sanctions. Do not purchase or use the service in a jurisdiction where the transaction or use is prohibited, or misstate your location to bypass a required restriction. We may decline or restrict service where applicable law requires it. Check the checkout and current client for available regions; if a legal restriction prevents delivery of a paid service, applicable consumer remedies remain available.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorised access, malware, spam, copyright infringement, attacks on networks or systems, or other unlawful activity. Do not resell account access or compromise other users' credentials. We may investigate and proportionately restrict access for a material breach or a security risk, subject to applicable law.
Availability and privacy boundaries
Maintenance, destination restrictions, telecommunications networks and third-party infrastructure can interrupt access. We do not promise a particular speed, access to every website, complete anonymity or removal of GPS location, cookies, account identity or browser fingerprints. How information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and service termination
We publish material changes to these terms with an effective date and give any notice required by law. If a material change requires consent under applicable law, we will obtain it. Termination does not erase accrued rights or payment obligations. Statutory remedies for a failure to deliver the paid service remain available.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect business losses such as lost profit or opportunity. Liability and remedies depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the issue. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be restricted, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer law that applies to you, these terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law. Contact support first so that we can try to resolve a concern. Business disputes may be brought in the competent courts in Denver, Colorado. Consumers retain any non-waivable right to bring a claim in the courts or forum required by the law of their residence. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is added by these terms.
Contact, language and severability
Email globalvillager@worldcitizenvpn.com for service, billing or legal questions. English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese versions present the same terms; mandatory local law prevails if a translation affects a protected right. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
