You can request deletion here even after uninstalling the app. We verify account ownership before permanently deleting or erasing its data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to globalvillager@worldcitizenvpn.com with the subject “Global Villager account deletion”. Use your bound email when possible. If you registered with a username, include that GV username so we can arrange ownership verification.
- If you have an automatically renewing subscription, cancel future renewal in the original payment channel (Apple subscription settings, or the website’s My subscription/payment-provider management). Account deletion and cancellation are separate; contact support if you cannot find the original channel.
- Support verifies your request, disables account access, completes removal of registered VPN credentials, and then deletes or erases the account and its associated operational data. We reply with the outcome and explain any data that must remain. Never email your password or verification code.

What is deleted and what can remain
Deleted or erased: GV account profile, protected account login/recovery material, login sessions, and associated operational device/connection/service records after VPN credential removal completes.
Can remain for the purposes stated in the privacy policy: original payment/accounting records and minimum inactive financial references; detached one-time device-trial hashes and claim/expiry times; necessary operational/security logs and provider-held records. Their retention does not restore account access or make the introductory experience available again.
You can email at any time. We have no fixed service hours. After receiving and verifying the request, we explain the processing steps and reply with the result. If further verification or a retention exception is necessary, we explain it rather than marking deletion complete prematurely.
